2. User Responsibilities

By using Sounexis, you represent and warrant that:

• •You will not upload AI-generated content that imitates a real artist's voice or identity without permission.

3. Copyright Infringement

We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe your work has been copied or used without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content and may suspend or terminate the infringing user's account.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your notice to our Copyright Agent at:

• •A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

5. Counter-Notifications

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. If valid, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.
