Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Sounexis — AI music distribution, playlists, AI mastering, music video and paid listening. Please read them carefully before uploading or purchasing.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create a Sounexis account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. AI Music & Disclosure

Every release must carry an accurate AI label (AI-EX, FAI, H+AI, AI-I, H+AI-I or HW+AI). Mislabelling AI involvement is a breach of these Terms and may lead to takedown of the release.

3. Ownership & Rights

You keep 100% ownership of your masters and compositions. You grant Sounexis a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, deliver and promote your works on the platform and to partner stores while your release is live.

4. Distribution

Delivery timelines to partner stores are estimates, not guarantees. Stores may reject content that breaches their own policies. Sounexis is not liable for a third-party store's decision.

5. Payments, Royalties & Payouts

Royalties are reported as reported by partners, credited to your Vault, and paid out once the minimum payout threshold is reached. Taxes and withholding are applied where legally required.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Stream manipulation, bot traffic, uploading works you do not control, impersonation, hate speech and illegal content are strictly prohibited and can result in permanent termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

7. Fraud Protection

Sounexis runs automated fraud and qualified-listening checks. Earnings identified as fraudulent are reversed. Repeat offences lead to account closure and reporting to partner stores.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Service fees for work already delivered (mastering, video, distribution) are non-refundable.

9. Liability & Governing Law

Sounexis is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sounexis is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
